Rise Maximum Radio is a licensed radio station which is based at the Maximum Security Facility. It broadcasts to the population at the Women’s Facility, Maximum Security Facility and the Remand Facility.  Additionally, content is streamed to the wider population over the internet. Whilst incorporating the tenets of Restorative Justice into its structure, RISE Maximum Radio delivers quality programming which is geared towards uplifting and developing offenders through shared conversations on dynamic topics, positive music, engaging in definitive perspectives. 

Families and friends of persons who are incarcerated have the option to request songs and send greetings to their loved ones via WhatsApp messages at 296-7067
